In the tradition of customer suport that we are known for, repair or replace is always our policy.
Please note that the dealer/customer will have to pay the shipping charges to send the kayak back to the factory in Canada for inspection/repair. All shipping costs will be quoted prior to finalization of the warranty request. Impex Kayaks will incur the charges for returning the kayak to the dealer or customer if the kayak falls under our warranty program.
This shipping policy also applies to parts covered under warranty. The parts will be sent to the factory for inspection, and if covered under warranty will be replaced. The dealer/customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
